We want you to sleep soundly, which is why we offer a 100-night trial on all Buffy products. If you aren't completely in love with your bedding, we provide free returns and full refunds within the trial period.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our team.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging or a secure box, and attach the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
